We have implemented several recruiting campaigns for ThermoFlux in recent years. The goal was to fill various open positions in the company with skilled workers as quickly as possible.
With the 2023 campaign, we generated over 25 applications from electricians in under two months in one of the most competitive areas.
As a result of the recruitment campaign, several positions were filled with electricians at short notice.
In 2022, we were able to fill various positions in various areas with an extensive campaign. These include heating technicians, electricians, IT and warehouse employees.
We generated over 70 applications in 2 months and were able to fill more than 10 positions.
