We support Dr. Peters' notary office in filling positions for notary assistants and create the necessary infrastructure for this purpose.
With the help of an innovative recruitment strategy including detailed benefits for the applicants, as well as the corresponding advertising content in the form of images and texts, we generate 18 applications for the open positions in one month from applicants within a radius of 60 km.
The recruitment campaign resulted in 18 applications, two positions hired, reached 19,183 people, generated 46,041 impressions at a CPC of €0.55 and a CPM of €15.50.
