About the project

We support C+L in filling positions for (MAG) welders and create the necessary infrastructure for this purpose.

With the help of an innovative recruitment strategy including detailed benefits for the applicants, as well as the corresponding advertising content in the form of images, texts and videos, we generate 17 applications for the position of welder in one month from applicants within a radius of 50 km.

The recruitment campaign resulted in 17 applications, reached 26,718 people, generated 74,899 impressions at a CPC of €0.61 and a CPM of €10.96 in under one month.
