The aim of this project was to create a social media channel to shape the employer brand and thus create the basis for recruitment campaigns and local visibility.
We continuously manage the Instagram & Facebook channels and create the appropriate content.
We use Instagram with content tailored to the target group as the basis of the employer brand.
In combination with sophisticated advertising campaigns, we achieve high reach and generate maximum trust and brand awareness.
So far we have reached over 340,000 people and generated over 2 million impressions.
